What’s the minimum age for kids to play?

For safety and enjoyment, we require players to be at least 6 years old. This ensures that all participants have a fun and immersive experience, while minimizing any potential risks associated with younger children using virtual reality equipment.

Do parents need to sign waivers for children under 18 years old?

Yes, for any participants under the age of 18, a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must be present to sign the waiver the first time, though we can keep them on file for children's returning visits.

How accurate are the game duration times for your games?

We have tested (and beat) many of the games in our library, but it's just not feasible for us to test them all to 100% completion. Many have very long campaigns and we just don't have that kind of time. So, we rely on websites that list average HLTB (how long to beat) times, in addition to any information provided by the game developers. These are currently rough estimates though we will continue to update completion times and update the durations on our website accordingly.

Does the difficultly rating for games apply to physical toughness or puzzle complexity?

We base difficulty ratings on a mix of puzzle complexity, physical activity, and how easy the controls are to use. For example, a game with simple puzzles but tricky controls may still be rated Challenging. In general, Easy and Normal games won’t require fast reflexes, constant movement, or complex controls. If you’re curious about a specific game’s rating, feel free to ask!

How physically challenging are your VR games?

The physical difficulty of our VR games varies depending on the title. While most games don't require a high level of physical effort, some games, such as sports and dancing games, will be more physically demanding. Our experienced professionals can help you select games that suit the preferences and abilities of your guests, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable VR experience.

How difficult is it to use the controllers?

Most VR games have user-friendly controls that are intuitive to use. While some games have a steeper learning curve than others, in-game tutorials offered in many games, really helps make onboardings smoother for new VR users. We also provide basic instructions before you begin and are standing by to help if you need anything.

Can players wear prescription glasses?

Yes, players can wear prescription glasses, provided that the frames are not excessively large. However, it is worth noting that wearing glasses reduces immersion. We do recommend wearing contacts if possible for an optimal experience.

What types of VR headsets and computers do you use?

We use upgraded Meta Quest 3 VR headsets for their exceptional visual quality, wide field of view, and wide variety of 3rd party accessories. Headset upgrades include soft, comfortable head straps and facial interfaces (the padding around your eyes), built-in air conditioning, and ergonomic controller grips for maximum comfort and immersion.

Our VR gaming PCs are custom-built and optimized specifically for VR. Equipped with cutting-edge graphics cards, they deliver stunning visuals and snappy framerates.
