• Individuals experiencing nausea, dizziness, or discomfort should stop using the equipment immediately.

• Virtual Realms LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or failures in telecommunications and power supply.

• All equipment is inspected and maintained to ensure functionality and safety. However, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation during events.
• Customers are liable for any intentional damage or misuse of equipment.

6. Venue and Weather Considerations

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the venue meets all space, power, and safety requirements specified in our Terms & Conditions.
• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Virtual Realms LLC is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications resulting from adverse weather.

• Some VR games or experiences may contain intense visual, auditory, or thematic elements unsuitable for all participants. Participants are encouraged to review content tags (e.g., "Seated," "LTE Required") under the details of each game (through our website) before booking.
• While we provide LTE internet for games requiring connectivity, we cannot guarantee coverage in all locations.
